This is the introduction to the part of the practice most people came here for, and the part I treat with the most care: peptides, research molecules, and off-label medications. I am a vocal believer in intelligent self-experimentation by someone who is competent and well coached. I am an equally vocal believer in knowing exactly what you are walking into. So before I write a single deep dive on a single molecule, here is how I think about the whole frontier, how I partner with physicians for some of these and source others myself, and the lines I will not cross in anything I publish.
