Alcohol, the Honest Version

I am not anti-alcohol as a moral position. I am anti-lying about the cost.

Alcohol is not a longevity tool, it is a trade. I still choose it sometimes, rarely and never by default, but I count it, track it, and do not pretend it is helping my body. Less is the longevity answer and none is excellent, though I do not hold myself or every client to never. If you drink, choose it clearly and count the cost. If you cannot choose it clearly, or one drink reliably becomes four, that is not a rule problem, it is a reason to get help from your coach and your physician.
